Most notably, he earned a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, Spain, where his thesis focused on eHealth technology adoption in Jordan's healthcare system, utilizing an extended UTAUT model. He graduated with honors, earning the distinction of Cum Laude.

He has been a part-time lecturer at the University of Jordan since 2021, teaching courses such as Introductory Statistics, Quantitative Methods for Business, and Research Methodology.
