Dr. Lyubov Shmygleva is a materials scientist and Head of the Laboratory of Technologies of Materials and Devices for Electrochemical Energy Sources at the Russian Academy of Sciences. Her research centers on functional materials for solid-state electrochemical sensors, low-temperature hydrogen fuel cells, and lithium- and sodium-ion batteries, alongside plasma-chemical synthesis of advanced powders. She has led and contributed to numerous national projects on proton-conducting electrolytes, ion-exchange membranes, and membrane–electrode assemblies. Dr. Sibel Dikmen Küçük is a distinguished researcher and lecturer at Düzce University, where she has been serving in the Rectorate.
