Dr. Weisheng Liu is a distinguished professor of chemistry at Lanzhou University, China, with over three decades of academic, research, and leadership experience in the field of lanthanide coordination chemistry. Banu Karthi is an accomplished Assistant Professor in the PG and Research Department of Chemistry (Self-Financed), Jamal Mohamed College, Tiruchirappalli, with over nine years of experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from H.H. The Rajah’s College, Pudukottai under Bharathidasan University and has successfully qualified the Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test (SET) through Mother Teresa University. Her areas of specialization include Coordination Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Nanochemistry. She has authored and co-authored several high-impact research papers in reputed journals such as Inorganic Chemistry Communications, Journal of Molecular Liquids, and European Chemical Bulletin, with contributions to the fields of molecular synthesis, spectral studies, DFT calculations, and biological activity assessments.
