Kichang Kwon is a Principal Research Scientist at the Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS), specializing in chemical and materials metrology and low-dimensional nanomaterials. Dr. Weisheng Liu is a distinguished professor of chemistry at Lanzhou University, China, with over three decades of academic, research, and leadership experience in the field of lanthanide coordination chemistry. He received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Lanzhou University and his B.S. from Shandong University. Dr. Liu has served in multiple prominent academic leadership roles, including Dean of the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Director of the Academic Affairs Office, and currently, Director of the Green Materials Research and Development Center at Lanzhou University.
